DUTCH (Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones)

The DUTCH Test UK is the gold standard for hormone testing. It is a laboratory testing process that provides a comprehensive view of reproductive and adrenal hormones including Estradiol, Estrone, Estriol, Progesterone, Testosterone, DHEA, Cortisol, Cortisone and Melatonin and nine organic acids, including markers for B12, B6, biotin, glutathione, dopamine, norepinephrine/epinephrine, neuro-inflammation, and tryptophan putrefaction, offering insights into hormonal and metabolic health.

The DUTCH test can show you how well you’re producing and metabolising your hormones and helps identify the root cause of your imbalances and symptoms. It also includes a simple saliva test which gives an accurate picture as to how your body is coping with stress, and the impact on your overall hormone balance, helping us create a deeply tailored nutrition programme based on the test results and data analysis.

DUTCH testing can help identify the root causes of hormone and adrenal imbalances and although it is not necessary for each client as part of your nutrition programme, laboratory testing can be very helpful for complex cases, challenges with fertility or on-going / chronic symptoms as it allows us to gain valuable insight into your hormones and what they’re doing, assess for imbalances, and following this, tailor your protocol accordingly.

You have the option to book a DUTCH test in addition to your nutrition programme and the price of the test includes everything from organising and ordering your test, explaining your results and creating a personalised protocol aimed at addressing and improving your symptoms to get to the root cause and rebalance your hormones.

The DUTCH test stands for Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones and involves collection of a small amount of urine on filtered paper. The DUTCH Test measures hormone metabolites from the dried urine samples. This makes collection very easy and convenient (even if travelling).

The DUTCH Test package is £800 and can be paid either directly here via the website or arranged directly with Amy via email.

After receiving your payment to secure your appointment, Amy will send you a confirmation and will be in touch to arrange your initial 45 minute consultation and will share your on-boarding health and medical forms to complete prior to your appointment.
