Kundalini Reset Practice & Despacho Ceremony

Ease gently into your wellness programme with a nourishing Kundalini-based reset designed to support grounding, clarity, and renewal. This embodied, somatic experience combines accessible movement, breathwork, meditation, Yoga Nidra, and simple ritual to reconnect you to your body and create a sense of steadiness and ease.
You’ll be guided through inner-body (and womb-space) awareness and grounding practices, supporting release, deep rest, and seasonal intention setting — helping you set the tone for The Winter Reset ahead.
The session includes a gentle journey through the seven chakras, the body’s energy centres, allowing each layer of you to awaken, align, and integrate. We’ll move together through a nourishing Kundalini Yoga practice, specifically designed to awaken the body and prepare you to step into this next version of yourself.
This Despacho ceremony is an invitation into integration and activation — a powerful yet gentle reset to begin your winter journey with clarity, intention, and embodied presence.
