Monday 16th June: 8pm

A Step-by-Step Guide to Healing Your Relationship with Yourself by Chartered Psychologist & Author, Suzy Reading

A powerful session hosted by leading psychologist Suzy Reading, where she will guide us through her step-by-step guide to coming home to yourself, being tender with yourself, making space for your feelings, and building both the confidence and the ability to feel safe to advocate for yourself. The perfect way to reset, feel grounded, and reconnect with your inner strength.

Thursday 19th June: 7am

Pilates & Sound Bath with Holistic Wellness Practitioner, Katie Wolf

A transformative session led by Pilates Instructor and Sound Therapist Katie Wolf, who draws on her expertise in mediation, health coaching, Pilates, and sound therapy to guide us through her signature class. This impactful blend of Pilates to strengthen, lengthen and tone and ending with sound therapy is designed to release tension, regulate the nervous system, and foster a sense of inner calm. Open to all levels, it’s the perfect opportunity to reconnect, reset, and leave feeling deeply restored
