This is your time to prioritise YOU, to nourish your body, restore your gut, support your hormones and invest in your health in every way. By the end, you’ll feel brighter, more energised and deeply reconnected to your body.

Here’s what to do first:

1. Download Your Winter Reset Handbook
Inside you’ll find:

Top tip:
Print the meal plan and habit tracker and pop them on your fridge — and print a few journal pages to use each day.

2. Explore the Wellness Workshops
Head to the Wellness Workshops tab above. These will support your health and wellbeing journey and take your reset to the next level! Watch them as they unlock or in your own time.

3. Get Ready for Day 1
The Reset officially begins Monday 12th January, but use this time to:
✔ Read through the handbook
✔ Do your food shop
✔ Set intentions for your best reset yet

4. Join the Community
Our WhatsApp group will open soon — this is where you’ll get daily support, accountability, motivation and connection with me and the group.

You don’t need to be perfect — just consistent. Show up, nourish yourself, and trust the process. I’ll be with you every step of the way!!
